THE ISOLATION AND STRUCTURE ELUCIDATION OF NEW WITHANAOLOIDES FROM WITHANIA COGULANCE WITH ANTIDIABETIC ACTIVITY

The hydro alcohol extract of the dried berries parts of Withania cogulance gave new withonolides. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of both the chemical and spectroscopic evidence. The isolated compounds showed anti-diabetic activity.
